Sky Earth Sea
April-June 2022 - Members’ Show

In conjunction with our first juried show of the year, Elements, we are opened our 2022 season’s first members’ show Sky Earth Sea. Running concurrently with Elements, the show presents work from BWAC’s 100+ members.

Art and Artists for Ukraine
April-June 2022

In partnership with Gap Inc. this show raised funds for Ukrainian refugees. Donated artwork raised money for the UN’s USA for UNHCR fund. Money raised was matched by GAP, Inc. dollar for dollar.

Brooklyn Watercolor Society’s Spring Show
April-June 2022 - BWS Show

BWS members celebrated their 50th anniversary with a show Highlighting the organization’s professional watercolorists with a wide variety of themes. The show was accompanied by tours, talks, and demos each weekend

Femmes Ensembles
Sept-Oct 2022 - Nat’l Juried Show

An exhibition and fundraiser of women artists in solidarity for women and women’s rights. A portion of every sale will be donated to Planned Parenthood, with Gap, Inc. matching sales dollar for dollar.

Wide Open
Jun-Jul 2022 - Nat’l Juried Show

This show asked artists to explore the idea of being “wide open” to what excites and engages them during the openings and closings of the Covid world.

The Elements
April-June 2022 - Nat’l Juried Show

Ancient cultures defined the natural world in terms of five fundamental elements. Chinese, Japanese, Hindu, Buddhist, ancient Greeks, and other cultures, envisioned all living things as being made possible through these elemental building blocks of life. Earth, Air/Wind, Water/Sea, Fire, and Sky.
