I was originally a realist painter who specialized in Still Life, although I really appreciated abstract painting for it’s elusive and captivating style. I finally decided to try my hand at it and I discovered I could do it successfully. I now am a predominately abstract painter whose goal in this genre is to make each individual piece distinctive and pair them up to one another so that they compliment each other, thus, I usually make and sell in sets.
I took and enjoyed classes at FIT. I also attended the Arts Students League. I exhibited at many outdoor shows including, All Community Arts annual show, the Bay Ridge Summer show and the Washington Square Park Art Show. I was also a celebrated solo exhibitor at St. Francis College.
